Purpose

These terms govern the use of applications and services published by Real-IT.org Solutions. By using any of our applications, you accept these terms.

Service description

Our applications are provided "as is", without any guarantee of continuous availability. We strive to maintain them but may change or discontinue them.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of the third-party accounts (including Google) you connect, and for using our applications in compliance with applicable laws.

Intellectual property

The applications, their code and trademarks remain the property of Real-IT.org EI. Your data and content remain yours.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Real-IT.org Solutions shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, its applications.

Termination

You may stop using our applications and revoke their access at any time. We may suspend access in the event of abuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent French courts.
