Privacy Policy

This policy applies to all applications published by Real-IT.org Solutions (Obsidian Drive, Leplan, Galaxy and others) that may connect to your Google account.

Who we are

Real-IT.org Solutions is published by Real-IT.org EI (Loïc Bertrand), a sole proprietorship registered in France (SIRET 89866460200031). Contact: contact@loicbertrand.net.

Google data accessed

When you connect one of our applications to your Google account, it requests access to Google Drive limited to what is strictly necessary (for example the drive.file or drive scope depending on the app). Access covers only the files you deliberately open or synchronize.

How we use data

Your Google data is used solely to provide the feature you requested (syncing, reading, writing your files). We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and perform no profiling.

Processing and storage

Your file content is processed on your device and exchanged directly with Google's APIs. Any server components we operate are used only for authentication: they exchange and refresh access tokens transiently and never retain or store the content of your files.

Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use

Real-IT.org Solutions' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We do not share your Google data with any third party, other than technical hosting providers (Hetzner Online GmbH) who do not access the content of your Google data.

Retention and deletion

You can revoke access at any time from your Google account (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Tokens stored locally by the app are deleted on sign-out; transient server-side tokens expire automatically.
